Rubens Ct Project
Project Objective
We just finished a complete exterior remodel on the front of our home and we’d like to update the landscaping to match, can you help?
Elevated Exterior
We followed up a full home exterior remodel on this property by JayBird Exteriors with a modern, clean-line landscape, accentuating the bold architectural features of this home.
The unique design on this project draws visual attention to the front door of the home, creating a welcoming appeal while effectively spanning the natural challenges present in elevation changes.
One of our main focuses with front landscape design is to create intuitive visual flow, starting from where visitors will set foot on the property and directing traffic to the primary entrance of the residence.
Working on an entire home remodel affords the opportunity to plan a landscape design around accentuating new features––in this case the modern styling of the custom front porch overhang by Jaybird Exteriors is presented as a eye-catching focal point.

“We're very happy with our front landscaping! Nick was able to work within our budget to create and execute a design that really upgraded our home and boosted its curb appeal. He was super flexible, patient, and communicative, reviewing various options and costs until we were sure of what we wanted. The team finished the job in the timeframe they said they would as well - we're really impressed, and have already recommended Outerspaces to a couple of friends!”
